Meet the Untangler of DNA Knots: The Amazing Topoisomerase Molecular Machine
If you have ever done computer programming, you know all about “bugs” that creep in but aren’t noticed until after the software is used. That’s when the de-bugging process begins and updates are issued to the original.
Those debugging and updating processes don’t happen without a programmer, who is the “Intelligent Designer.” The same thing happens, though on a molecular level, with “bugs” in DNA. Meet the Topoisomerase II, the untangler of knots in DNA created as cells are replicated.
“The carefully orchestrated untangling activity of topoisomerase II doesn’t happen by accident. This enzyme is a molecular machine that only works because its amino acid sequence is highly specified to provide a special shape and structure necessary for its function. In other words, topoisomerase enzymes contain high levels of complex and specified information — a hallmark of intelligent design,” explains Discovery Science in the preface to the following video animation of how this amazing aspect of living cells:
WANT TO HELP HILLFAITH?
This is shockingly complex and demonstrates once again we could not have evolved, step by step, over millions of years. Everything upon which life depends is too deeply connected.
As I have been saying for a long while, WE are the AI. Whether God created us, or some other species that God created, created us, I don’t know. But we are not accidental.
Did not God “create” man? The human body is a biological machine imbued with artificial intelligence. It’s in the Bible.
Beautiful illustrations making the incredibly complex actions understandable to the layman. The more one learns about how this universe works the harder it is to deny it didn’t just happen by random chance. Life is the ultimate in complexity.
