GLIMPSES OF GOD, Episode 4: The Hummingbird’s Rainbow Wings
(QUICK VIEW) — Who among us has not at least once in our lifetimes saw a rainbow up in the sky and then paused, if only for a few seconds, to admire the amazing beauty and color of the natural phenomenon? It’s a view that never gets old.

Those rainbows are the product of sunlight hitting water droplets in the air and being refracted, reflected, and dispersed in the atmosphere.
That dispersion is central to creating a spectrum of brilliant colors that are clearly visible to our eyes.
But what about the Allen Hummingbird? If you’ve never had the opportunity to video the rapid fluttering of its wings against sunlight and to then slow down the camera speed of the resulting pictures, you would never know the remarkable design that makes this beautiful creature’s rainbows so wonderful.
Watch the following short video, the fourth of the John 10:10 Project’s Glimpses of God video series, and then ask yourself if those thousands of perfectly aligned filaments in the Hummingbird’s wings could result from random natural selection or is a creator, a master designer, required? Another word for the latter is G-O-D.
