HEATHER ELLERS-BOWSER is the new Senior Counsel working for Rep. Daniel Webster (R-Fla.) on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Railroads, Pipelines and Hazardous Materials Subcommittee. Previously, Heather was Chief Counsel at the Department of Transportation. She earned her law degree from George Mason University Law School.
RUTHANNE THONGKAI moves into the Press Secretary slot working for Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY). Before hitching up with the New York Democrat, Ruthanne was Press Secretary for Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) in his 2024 re-election bid. Ruthanne earned her BS degree in Political Science in 2023 from the University of Pennsylvania.
ALEC RICHARDSON makes the big move from the Tennessee Governor’s Office to serving as State Director for Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.). Alec is a veteran of the state’s Chief Executive staff, having served on it beginning in 2019 as Personal Aide to Gov. Bill Lee. Alec is a Bed graduate of the University of Tennessee in 2019.
