HillFaith on the Hill
If you are into politics, public policy and campaigns, working on Capitol Hill for a senator, representative, committee or congressional agency is almost Heaven. The rewards are great, but the pressures and stress are as well.
If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, working on the Hill can be especially challenging. Every significant issue from every major space in American society will be front and center for you sooner or later and more often than not, that can challenge your faith.
That’s one of the two most important reasons for HillFaith — to provide great fellowship, systematic Bible studies on relevant issues and living the Christian life to honor the Lord, and to equip fellow believers with every tool they need to share their faith with confidence among colleagues who need to know Jesus.
The other of the two most important reasons for HillFaith is to, as Peter tells all believers at I Peter 3:15, to provide the “ready defense” of the Lordship of Jesus Christ for those who aren’t His followers but who, for whatever reason, express interest.
