SUNDAY SONGS: ‘Truth Be Told’ by Matthew West

Everybody puts up that front that all is well, right? We put our “best foot forward” in the hope that the things we all struggle with on the inside aren’t seen by others on our outside. Rare indeed is the man or woman for whom it can honestly be said that what you see with them is what you get. So rare that it cannot honestly be said of any us.

That’s why I love this song by Matthew West – Jesus already knows it all about each of us and there is a solution – being totally honest with Him about everything, including our need for His forgiveness and His salvation. I had to come to this realization the hard way, as most everybody does.
