WHAT WOULD YOU SAY: Does Technology Make Faith Obsolete?

Technology will solve all of our problems. No matter what the problem we face might be or how complex it seems, just give us enough time and sooner or later technology will provide a solution that makes life better.

That’s the promise and there have indeed been so many problems solved, or seemingly solved in some cases, that it’s almost easy to see how somebody could slip into thinking there really aren’t any problems that technology cannot solve.

But, as the Colson Center’s Brook McIntyre explains in the latest iteration of the “What Would You Say?” video series, there are at least three major points to consider that ought to give us reason to step back and think more carefully and realistically about the role of technology in human affairs:
