CONSIDER THIS: Is Our Universe a Product of Intelligent or Stupid Design?
(13-MINUTE WATCH) — Scientists associated with the Discovery Institute are known for presenting many arguments and vast evidence for their contention that the amazing order and structure of the universe is clear evidence that the universe is not an accident, that it didn’t simply evolve into its present form.

Is the universe full of examples of “stupid design” failures? (Screenshot from YouTube).
To the contrary, just as philosopher William Paley argued that the watch requires a watchmaker, the universe requires a creator, or else the universe must be eternal, without a beginning and, hopefully, without an ending.
But in the too-often acrimonious debates between Intelligent Design (ID) advocates and supporters of an all-natural world based on evolution, voices among the latter, most prominently including Neil deGrasse Tyson of the Hayden Planetarium, argue that there is rather evidence of “stupid design” that render the possibility of an intelligent designer problematic.
In the following 12:43 video from the Discovery Institute, biologist Douglas Axe examines the stupid design argument on its merits and explains why he is convinced logic and evidence overwhelmingly point to the ID:
