CONSIDER THIS: Proof That God Exists in Three Minutes
(2:52 VIEWING) — Sometimes it’s the most basic question — something along the lines of “what if we …” — that leads to solutions for the most difficult problems and thus to historic advancements in technology, science and related fields.
There is such a question in philosophy and it has equal application in science and theology. That question is: Can something come from nothing? Philosophers from Aristotle forward have wrestled with that one, as have more than a few scientists, especially since the Scientific Revolution, followed in the 19th Century with evolutionary materialism as the “official” explanation for the presence of life on Earth.
But maybe that simple question wondering if something can come from nothing tells us the conventional evolutionary materialism is far from a complete or satisfactory answer for anyone committed to logic and open minded inquiry?
Check out the following video from the great folks at Discovery Science that demonstrates how the scientific Law of Conservation of Matter and Energy points to the need for a “supernatural” First Cause of the universe.
While the video simplifies key concepts, those interested in digging deeper can find additional information and documentation at https://proofofgod.org.
