STAFF NEWS: Look Who’s Moving Up On Capitol Hill This Week

BROOKE NETHERCOTT is the new Communications Director for Rep. French Hill (R-Va.). This position is the first on the Hill for Brooke, who previously worked as a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting. Brook is a 2016 graduate of the University of Hartford in Communications and Media Studies.

ELIANA LOCKE is the new Communications Director for Rep. Robin Kelly (D-Ill.) and, like Brooke Nethercott, this will be Eliana’s first go-round with a congressional job. Before heading to the House side, Eliana worked as National Press Secretary for Priorities USA. She is a 2019 graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Political Science and Government.
MITCHELL WILKINSON takes over as Legislative Director for Rep. Frank Markus (R-Okla.) after serving stints in the same office as Legislative Assistant and Legislative Correspondent. Mitchell is a 2017 graduate of Texas A&M with a BS in Economics.
