Will Barry, Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for Rep. Mark Alford (R-Mo.).
WILL BARRY — Apparently being Communications Director for Rep. Mark Alford (R-Mo.) wasn’t keeping him busy enough, so Will Barry now has the added title of Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to hooking up with the Missouri GOPer, Will was Communications Director for House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill (R-Ark.). Will is a 2017 BA graduate of the University of Missouri.
JED BULLOCK — Returns to Capitol Hill after five years with the Food and Nutrition Service, moving into the Senior Policy and Appropriations Associate for Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D-Ohio). Before heading over to the Executive Branch, Jed was Senior Policy Adviser to Rep. Pedro Pierluisi (D-PR). Jed is a 2002 MPA Graduate of George Mason University.
JORIE ALLEN is passionate about story-telling and public service, so her new position as Press Assistant for Sen. Todd Young (R-Ind.) sounds like just the right place to be. This new position is Jorie’s first full-time job on the Hill as she was previously a Young Intern. Jorie is a 2025 Master of Fine Arts graduate of DePaul University, and she earned her BA in Political Science from the same esteemed school. She also captained the DePaul University Women’s Basketball Team throughout her undergraduate years.
