Ever meet somebody and almost immediately find the two of you just really “hit it off,” seem to think together, maybe even complete each other’s sentences. As Brit Garner of the SciShow Psych explained in the following 5:42 video, there is actually a scientific explanation for what’s going on. It’s called “Synchrony.”
