BLAKE STEVENS is leaving the newsroom of Knoxville’s WATE-TV and moving to the nation’s capital to take on duties as Press Secretary for Rep. John Rose (R-TN). Blake spent four years as a Reporter and Anchor for the station. He earned his BS in Communications Broadcasting and Sociology from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2015.

KATE SARNA is the new Communications Director for Rep. Bobby Rush (D-IL). Previously, Kate was Communications Director for the Virginia House Democratic Caucus. Kate received her BA in Media Studies from the University of California at Berkeley.
There is a new Scheduler working for Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-Texas) and his name is JEFFREY CLEMMONS. Jeffrey comes to the Doggett office following nearly two years as a Student Leader of Texas Rising. Jeffrey’s BS in Political Science is expected to be completed in 2022 from Huston-Tillotson University.
