STAFF NEWS: Look Who’s Movin’ On Up On The Hill This Week!

Sara Bell makes the move up from Legislative Assistant to Policy Adviser to Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK). Sara received her Masters in Public Policy from Liberty University in 2014 and her BSW from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2012. She previously worked for Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Sen. Rob Portman (R-Ohio) and Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN).
Katie Mimini is also moving up, from Staff Assistant to Legislative Correspondent for Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX). She began her career on Capitol Hill in January 2020 as an Intern for Allred. Katie is a 2019 Columbia University graduate, with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy.
Ryan O’Toole moves over from serving as House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s Republican Cloakroom Director to Strategic Initiatives Director for House Republican Conference Chairwoman Liz Cheney (R-WY). O’Toole has been either Director or an Assistant in the Republican Cloakroom, or Floor Team Member, for McCarthy or Speaker of the House Paul Ryan since January 2016. Ryan’s BA in Political Science and Government was awarded in 2014 by Miami (Ohio) University.
