Angele Griffin makes the big move from Intern to Legislative Assistant for Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY) on the House Foreign Affairs Committee. Angele is an MPP candidate in Public Policy at George Washington University and received her BA in International Studies in 2019 from the University of San Francisco.

Aaron Thurman is the new Deputy Staff Director for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, working for the majority staff. Aaron earned his MPS in Legislative Affairs in 2016 from George Washington University and his BPA in Public Affairs in 2006 from Seattle University.

Also moving up is Kaitlyn Skoog, from Legislative Assistant to Legislative Director for Rep. MarkWayne Mullins (R-OK). Kaitlyn is a 2017 graduate with a BA in Political Science from Montana State University.
Richard Parker started on the Hill as an Intern for Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) in 2015. Today he is Legislative Aide to the Oregon Democrat, after being promoted from Legislative Assistant. Richard’s BA in Economics and Political Science was awarded in 2017 by the University of Oregon.
