Moving up from a Professional Staff Member slot on the Republican side of the HouseRules Committee to Staff Assistant/Legislative Correspondent for Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) is Emily Banister. Emily is a 2019 graduate of the University of Central Florida with a BA in Public Administration.

Ryan Kambich is the new Legislative Correspondent working for Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY). Ryan’s MA in Public Affairs was awarded in 2020 by Xavier University and his HBA in Philosophy and Politics, and his BA in Economics were awarded in 2019 from Xavier. He previously served as an Intern for both Gillibrand and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY).

Moving into Field Representative duties for Rep. Andy Barr (R-KY) is Craig Shockley, following a year as a Staff Assistant in the same office. Craig received his BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Kentucky in 2020.
