LESLIE REAGAN adds a distinctive Texas flavor to the House Democracy Partnership, coming on board as Deputy Director. Previously, Leslie worked as Congressional Liason and Communications Coordinator for the U.S.- China Security Review Commission. Leslie received her MLA last year from Harvard University and her BS in Political Communications in 2014 from the University of Texas at Austin. Hook’em Horns!

HENRY KAIN makes the move up to Legislative Assistant to Rep. Sam Graves (R-Mo.) after working as Legislative Correspondent for the Show Me State Representative. Henry has also worked for Rep. Kevin Hern (R-Okla.) and he interned for Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Ks.). Henry was awarded his BA in Political Science, History and Pre-Law in 2021 from the University of Kansas College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

SHANA BEVIN returns to the Minority Staff of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, working as a Professional Staff Member for Ranking Member Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.). This is Shana’s second stint working for Pallone on E&C. Previously, Shana has also worked at the Center for Disease Control and Prevention as a Program Analyst. Shana is a 2002 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Giddings School of Global Public Health and she earned her BS degree from East Carolina University in 1999.
