Joe Telano makes the jump from Legislative Correspondent to Legislative Assistant to Rep. Mike Doyle (D-PA). Joe earned his MA in Government and Politics in 2017 from St. John’s University (Queens, NY) and his BA in Political Science in 2014 from West Chester University.
