AILEEN MA moves in at the House Committee on Education and Labor as a Professional Staff Member, covering primary and secondary education issues, working for Chairman Bobby Scott (D-VA). Aileen previously was a Director at the Penn Hill Group. She is a 2014 BA graduate of the University of California at Berkley in Media Studies.

MANA YANAYEVA will have lots of balls in the air as Chief of Staff for Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA), moving up from serving as Legislative Director. Mana is a 2014 BA graduate in Government from Colby College.
SAMANTHA SCHIFRIN takes over as Legislative Director for Rep. David Price (D-NC) after serving as a National Security and Senior Policy Adviser for the North Carolina representative. Before joining the Price staff, Samantha was Legislative Correspondent for Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA). She is a 2011 BA graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara in Political Science and International Relations.
DOUG PASTERNAK is the new Staff Director for the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, working for Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA). Before joining the subcommittee staff, Doug was Staff Director for the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, working for Rep. Pete DeFazio (D-OR). Doug’s MA is in National Security Studies at the University of Maryland and his BA is in Political Science from American University.
