WHAT WOULD YOU SAY: Has the Bible Been Corrupted from the Original Version?
It’s one of the most often-heard objections to Christianity – You can’t trust what the Bible says about Jesus or creation or the end of time or anything else, because what we read now is NOT what was originally written thousands of years ago.

It sounds like a logical proposition because, as everybody knows, messages tend to change as they are passed from one person to another over a long period of time. Start with the word “Duck” and six hearers later, it’s become “Struck,” or “Muck” or “Luck.”
But the reality is that, especially compared with others like Homer and Plato, the Bible in both the Old and New Testament is by far the most solidly documented ancient manuscript. The Colson Center’s Dr. Steven Sanchez describes three reasons why this is so:
