IRREDUCIBLE MIND (Part 4): And Then There’s Quantum Biology
You’ve no doubt heard of Quantum Mechanics (QM), but did you know there is a growing field of scientific inquiry that applies QM to biology? Naturally, it is otherwise known as Quantum Biology (QB) and it appears to explain a lot that traditional biology can’t.
Things like how birds that migrate back and forth over long distances, making photosynthesis possible in plants and maybe even in enabling our noses to detect distinctive odors. And have you heard about Quantum Entanglement or Quantum Jitters?
I don’t claim to understand everything described in this 22:27 video from Inspiring Philosophy’s Michael Jones, but the bottom line appears to be that Quantum Biology presents highly persuasive evidence that it is consciousness that drives the physical processes within the brain, not the other way around.

Richard Feynman said that Quantum Physics was preposterous, but had one advantage, It was true.
