Is Jesus Just a Copy-Cat Savior?

One of the claims that is sometimes heard about Jesus Christ is that He really was just another itinerant preacher in Judea, a backwater Middle Eastern nation, whose disciples copied certain attributes from a bunch of pagan deities and then claimed He was God.

Well, if you aren’t already familiar with ancient pagan deities or Jesus, that claim might sound pretty convincing.

But J. Warner Wallace, the former cold-case murder-solving detective who was featured for many years on NBC’s “Dateline,” applied his extraordinary investigative skills to the claim.

Wallace explains in the following video why the claim Jesus is merely a “copy-cat savior” based on other pagan deities is, to be diplomatic, a historically inaccurate bunch of bunk.

The video is longer than is usual for HillFaith, but trust me, every bit of the following 47-minute is worth watching. Might even be life-changing for you! Enjoy. And after you do, share the link with a friend:
