TRAVIS ROWLAND takes over as Chief of Staff for Rep. Anna Luna (R-Fla.). Previously, Travis served as Legislative Director and Counsel for Rep. Dan Bishop (R-N.C.). He is a 2019 University of Kentucky School of Law graduate and he earned his BA in History in 2016 from Kentucky Wesleyan University.

In an unusual move for Capitol Hill, SIMON JONLER takes up duties working as Military Legislative Assistant to Rep. Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.), coming over from the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Washington, D.C. Simon is a U.S. Naval War College of Distance Education graduate in Defense and Strategic Studies in 2023 and a 2017 graduate from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland with a BA in Philosophy and Politics.
VIK KULKARNI is the new Professional Staff Member working on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee for Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.). Before moving over to the committee, Vik was for a decade Information Technology Director for Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT). He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne.
