BRIAN WEMPLE makes the move up from Professional Staff Member to Counsel for the House Financial Services Committee Financial Institutions and Monetary Policy Subcommittee, working for Rep. Andy Barr (R-Ky.). Brian earned his law degree this year from the Catholic University of America Law School, his M.A. in International Affairs from American University in 2017 and his BA in Central and Southwest Asian Studies and Arabic Language from the University of Montana.

JESSIE FRANK is the new Deputy Chief of Staff for Rep. Chuck Edwards (R- N.C.). Previously, Jessie served as Scheduler and Executive Assistant in the Edwards office. She is a 2023 BA graduate of the University of North Carolina at Asheville in Political Science and Government.
THOMAS FINNIGAN goes from Acting to Permanent Staff Director for the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, working for Rep. Jen Kiggans (R-Va.). Thomas received his law degree in 2021 from Syracuse University School of Law and his BS in Political Science and Economics in 2018 from Emira College.
