JIM CHO heads back up Pennsylvania Avenue from the Biden White House where for two years he was a Special Assistant to the President to be the new Chief of Staff for Rep. Sydney Kamlager (D-Calif.). Prior to his White House adventure, Jim worked on the Hill from 2007 to 2021. Jim has a MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Miami in 2002 and a BA in History in 1998 from American University.
SARAH GALLAGHER moves into the Communications Director slot in the office of Rep. Jen Kiggans (R-Va.). Previously, Sarah was Director of Affiliate Relations for the Push Digital Group in Charleston, South Carolin and before that Content Director for Tim Scott for America. Sarah attended Ole Miss, majoring in Political Science 2016 to 2020.
ROBYN RUSSELL returns to the office of Rep. Mike Quigley (D-Ill.) as Chief of Staff. Previously, Robyn spent nearly decade in various positions with UNITE US and the United Nations Foundation. She was a legislative aide to Quigley from 2009 to 2013. Robyn has an MA in Government and Policy from Johns Hopkins University in 2013 and a BA from Loyola of Chicago in 2007.
