KAREN KELLY takes over as Chief of Staff for Rep. Hal Rogers (R-Ky) following a couple of years as a Principal at Cornerstone Government Affairs, Inc. Karen has also previously served on Rogers’ staff as District Director and Field Representative. She is a 2003 graduate of Union College with a BS in Management.
ISABELLA RISTUCCIA is the new face in the media office of Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), moving into the Deputy Press Secretary slot. Isabella comes to the Kaine operation after a stint as Press Assistant at the Small Business Administration (SBA). Isabella is also a veteran of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s (D-Calif.) leadership staff. She is a 2021 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BA in Political Science and English.
CONNOR HALE has signed on with Rep. Jim Moylan (R-Guam) as Legislative Assistant. This is Connor’s first full-time Capitol Hill position, as he previously was an Intern for Moylan. Connor hopes to complete his MS in Military Security Policy and Strategy next year at George Washington University. He earned his BS in 2023 in International Relations and Affairs, Political Science and Government from Florida State University.
