PAMELA LARKIN takes over as Communications Director for Rep. Rick Larsen (D-Wash.) following a stint with the same duties in the Larsen election campaign of 2024. Prior to the campaign trail, Pamela was Senior Manager for Strategy of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Democracy Program. Pamela is a 2019 BA graduate of Smith College in Political Science and Government. Her thesis — “United and Divided: Distinctions in Polarization between the Political Elites and the Public” — sounds very interesting for anybody working on the Hill!
ANGEL DEMAPAN is the new Legislative Director for Rep. Kim King-Hinds (R-MP). Before joining the King-Hinds staff in the nation’s capital, Angel served as Chief of Staff to Northern Marianas Islands Office of the Government, Ralph Deleon Guerrero Torres. Angel received his BA in Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
KATHERINE GETTY is the new Legislative Director for Rep. Rob Wittman (R-Va.). Previously, Katherine was Senior Director for Federal Government Affairs for Emergent BioSolutions, Inc. She is a 2015 MPA Graduate in State and Federal Agency from George Washington University, and she received her BA in Political Science and Government in 2012 from the University of Florida.
