James is a 2025 MPA graduate of the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy Studies in Education Policy Analysis, and he received his BA in Political Science and Government from Johns Hopkins University in 2020.

KYLIE SCHOEN is the new Press Secretary for Rep. Carol Miller (R-WV). Previously, Kyle served as Staff Assistant/Intern Coordinator for Rep. Diana Harshbarger (R-Tenn.). Kylie is a 2021 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BA in Political Science and Government.
MADISON HUGHES moves into the Legislative Director slot working for Rep. Steven Horsford (D-Nev.), moving up from the Senior Legislative Assistant slot on the Nevada Democrat’s personal office staff. Madison received her BA in 2020 from American University in Inter-disciplinary Studies, Communications, Law, Economics, Government and French Studies.
