JAKE KOCHMANSKY continues his long service to Rep. John Moolenaar (R-Mi.), moving into the Legislative Director slot. Previously, Jake was Senior Legislative Assistant. He joined the Moolenaar staff in 2021 as a Staff Assistant/Communications Assistant. Jake is a 2020 BA graduate in Mathematics and Political Science from Lehigh University, and he received his MPP from Georgetown University in 2023.

JOSH RULTENBERG takes on his first Capitol Hill challenge as Communications Director for Rep. Emilia Sykes (D-Ohio). Prior to joining the Sykes staff, Josh spent 15 years as an on-air reporter covering the White House, Capitol Hill, the Supreme Court and the campaign trail. Josh is a 2011 graduate of Temple University with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.
ANNE-MARIE BOISSEAU takes over as Chief of Staff for Rep. Lizzie Fletcher (D-Texas) after serving as Legislative Director, Senior Policy Adviser and Senior Legislative Assistant. Anne-Marie is a 2015 graduate of the London School of Economics with a MS in Public Policy and Administration, and she earned her BA in Political Science and Government in 2014 from Loyola Marymount University.
EMMA WILLIAMS is the new Communications Director for Rep. Mike Kennedy (R-Utah). Emma moves into her first congressional staff position after serving back home in Utah as Assistant Director for Public Affairs and Education for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. Emma is a 2019 graduate of the University of Utah with a BA in Communications and Journalism.
