KELLY FABIAN moves into the Chief Counsel slot for Democrats on the House Energy and Commerce Committee Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade Subcommittee. Previously, Kelly was Senior Counsel to Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) on the Senate Commerce Science and Transportation Committee. Kelly is a 2015 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and she received her BA in Political Science in 2011 from the University of California, Berkley.
Clarrisa Robles, Deputy Chief of Staff/Communications Director, Rep. Lizzie Fletcher (D-Texas).
CLARRISA ROBLES adds Deputy Chief of Staff to her duties as Communications Director for Rep. Lizzie Fletcher (D-Texas). Prior to joining the Texas Democrat’s staff, Clarrisa was Press Director/Digital Director for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. Clarrisa’s law degree was earned from St. Mary’s University School of Law in Texas in 2018. Her BA in International Relations and Political Science was awarded by Texas Christian University (TCU) in 2016.
Sen. Kirstin Gillibrand (D-NY) has a new Senior Counsel and his name is ANDREW SIEGEL, as he takes on his first congressional staff opportunity. Andrew comes to the Gillibrand office from Galaxy Digital Holdings LP, where he served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Andrew earned his law degree in 1994 from American University’s Washington College of Law and his BA in Political Science in 1988 from Tufts University.
