MADDIE KIRKLAND is the new Press Secretary for Rep. Russell Fry (R-SC). Previously, Maddie was with Convergence Media LLC and before that she served as a Content Analyst for Tim Scott for America. She received her degree in Business Administration and Management in 2023 from Clemson University.
Talk to LIZ STEINBAUGH if you have a question about a bill because she’s the new Legislative Director for House Majority Whip Tom Emmer (R-Minn.). Liz began her congressional career as a Legislative Assistant in the Emmer office in 2019 and she has been with him ever since. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2014 from the University of St. Thomas.
CHELSEA DRINK moves into the Legislative Director position on the personal staff of Rep. Lauren Underwood (D-ILL.). Before coming to the Underwood operation, Chelsea was Director of Farm Animal Legislation for the ASPCA. She’s also served on the staff of Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wisc.). Her MS from Tufts University in 2018 is in Animals and Public Policy. Her BS from Yale University in 2017 is in the History of Science and Medicine. And her AB in the History of Science in 2012 is from Harvard University.
