STAFF NEWS: Look Who’s Movin’ On Up The Hill This Week

Joy Lee is Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s new Press Secretary, moving up from the Deputy Press Secretary position. Joy began her congressional career working as a Press Assistant for the California Democrat in 2015. Joy earned a BA in digital and broadcast journalism in 2014 from the University of Georgia.
Heading over to the Biden for President campaign is Larry Sandigo after serving for more than a year as an adviser to Rep. Greg Stanton (D-AZ). Sandigo becomes Latino Vote Director for the Biden campaign. Larry received his law degree from Boston College Law School in 2011 and his BA from Baylor University in 2008.
Also heading from Rep. Greg Stanton’s office to the Biden campaign is Nicole Pasteur, to assume duties as Arizona Press Secretary. Nicole was formerly Communications Director for the Arizona Democrat congressman. Nicole’s BA in sociology was awarded in 2010 by the University of Arizona, while her MPA in local government and non-profit management came from the same school, but in 2012.
There’s a new Press Secretary working for Sen. Amy Kloubachar (D-MN) and her name is Jane Meyer. Jane moves up to the Hill after a stint as New York City Mayor Bill deBlasio’s Deputy Press Secretary. Jane is a 2016 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA.
