TESTIMONIES: She Found Messiah After Trying to Disprove Him
Joan grew up in Southern California, the daughter of Orthodox Jewish parents. She visited Israel with them as a child and her identity was the anchor of her life when she headed off to college.
A Christian roommate and her boyfriend often witnessed to Joan, but instead of being open to their witnessing, she declared her intention to disprove Jesus as anything but a normal man.
She wasn’t able to do that, but she set Him aside to go on living her life her way. But little did she know that God had other plans for her life.
Later in life, following a long marriage that ended in divorce, Joan learned she had endometrial cancer. One for Israel, which recorded and posted her testimony, continues:
“In this powerful testimony, Joan shares her journey from skepticism to faith, detailing how she encountered God in the midst of severe illness and doubt. Despite trying to disprove Christianity, Joan experienced a profound transformation after realizing the truth of Yeshua (Jesus) as the Jewish Messiah.
“Facing 75 debilitating conditions and endometrial cancer, Joan ultimately found healing through prayer and repentance. Today, she passionately educates others about Israel and her faith, remaining deeply rooted in her Jewish heritage, while embracing Yeshua as her Messiah. Joan’s story is a testament to the healing power of God and the transformative impact of encountering His truth:”
