Even so, cases of young men and women, boys and girls, becoming confused about their sexual identity have exploded since the advent of smartphones. But is there a connection between the two developments?
In the Colson Center’s latest “What Would You Say,” a persuasive case is presented that the characteristics of the huge increase in gender dysphoria cases match quite closely with those associated with what mental health experts otherwise recognize as a social contagion:
