CONSIDER THIS: Fish Story, Part Two
Regular readers of HillFaith will recall this post from January 24, “A Fish Story That Points to God.” Based on an absolutely amazing video produced by the John 10:10 Project, the post told the story of how the five species of the Pacific Salmon have a driving urge to return to the place where they were born.
About the only thing that can stop them from doing so are the hungry brown bears that manage to catch more than enough for a fish feast during the return season. But today HillFaith presents the backstory to that post, the incredible journey of the Pacific Salmon nicknamed “Indomitable.”
Originally bred in a breeding pond at the Prairie Creek Fish Hatchery near Orick, California, Indomitable was found two years later back in the same pond swimming among a bunch of recent arrivals. Here in Fish Story Part Two, we get the details of how it all happened:
