CONSIDER THIS: No, The Encode Evidence Shows ‘Junk DNA’ is a Myth
(8:29 VIEWING) —Among the major tenets of the conventional wisdom in the scientific community that is a product of post-modern evolutionary materialism is the claim that 98 percent of human DNA is worthless.
Houses require materials and blueprints. Humans require materials and DNA.
For decades, the claim about “Junk DNA” was accepted uncritically by the vast majority of scientists with an interest in the issue.
As the introduction to the following video explains, “from the Human Genome Project to the ENCODE study, researchers are uncovering that so-called junk DNA is anything but useless.”
In other words, new research and discoveries in the past 30 years have brought to the fore more than sufficient evidence demonstrating that, at a minimum 80 percent and quite possibly 100 percent of our DNA is absolutely essential.
As the following 8:29 graphically illustrated video produced by the Discover Institute’s Center for Science and Culture explains, that “Junk DNA” evolutionary shibboleth is headed to the scientific hospice:

This is not new. My dissertation written over 40 years ago was on the intergenic region between two human genes. It is filled with transcription factor binding sites. These sites control gene expression during development.
