TORI TEEGARDEN gets the promotion to Deputy Legislative Director for Sen. John Barrasso (R-Wy), after serving on the same staff as Policy Adviser. Tori earned her BS in Animal Science in 2020 from Colorado State University, then headed south to Texas A&M where she was awarded an MS in Food Safety in 2022.

COREY NOBLE  is another Hill aide getting a big promotion, from serving as Senior Policy Adviser to Rep. Scott Franklin (R-Fla.) to the same position and title with Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.). Corey is a 2018 BA graduate in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida and an MS awardee from the same campus in Political Communication.

DAVID JAFFE  is the new Counsel for the Democratic minority on the House Judiciary Committee, working for Ranking Member Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). David previously served as an Intern on the Senate Judiciary Committee, working for Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.). He is a 2021 BA graduate of Stanford University in East India Studies, and he received his JD in 2025, also from Stanford. David has also received the MPhil in Politics and International Studies from Cambridge University in 2022 and the LLM in European and International Business from the University of Viena in 2025.

JOHN MYRON moves up the ladder in the office of Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), going from Policy Adviser to Senior Policy Adviser. John’s first position with the Connecticut Democrat was as a Legislative Assistant in 2023. He was awarded the BA in Political Science and History in 2020 from Boston College.
