TESTIMONIES: College Professor Went From Apatheism to Knowing Jesus Christ as Her Savior

If you don’t think there is a God and religion is totally irrelevant to the course of your daily life, then you may well be somebody who practices Apatheism. That is, you don’t believe in God, but it’s not something you spend much time thinking about, either.

Mary Jo Sharp today is an Assistant Professor of Christian Apologetics at Houston Christian University and she is the founder of Confident Christianity Apologetics Ministry. But had you met her in her childhood and adolescent years in the Pacific Northwest, you would have encountered somebody to whom the God question just wasn’t important.

In the following 9:04 video produced for Side B Stories, Professor Sharp describes her journey from a loving, but utterly secularized family to a living, personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and her love for engaging in the logical pursuit of knowledge.
